At Vault X EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include your RMA form inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a tracked courier service to our European distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
